2011 AGM September 22

The Island Nature Trust will be hosting its annual general meeting on Thursday September 22 in the Carriage House at Beaconsfield. All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend. The AGM will begin at 7pm, followed by the presentation of the Hon. J Angus MacLean Natural Areas Award and Guest Speaker, Dr. Doug Sobey. Dr Sobey’s talk entitled “Islanders and their Forests” will highlight our love/hate relationship with our forests from the time of early European settlers to the present.
